Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 72 hours. If 72 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund/return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with all the included contents.
We shall be happy to assist you in case of returns. In case you receive our product with a manufacturing defect (difference in design/model from your order), a damaged condition due to shipping, or arriving in a condition that is unusable, please contact us by email at support@swevenne.com attaching a video/photo proof (as required on a case to case basis) and a description of the defect type along with your order ID. We shall inspect the same and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return order.
Please do not send the returns directly to us. Unauthorised returns shall be discarded. Returns shall not be allowed wherein the wrong product design or the wrong phone model was ordered by the customer/user. No refunds shall be approved for the same.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return order has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within 5-7 working days as per banks.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. However, we might provide you with the credit in terms of promo code/points on a case to case basis.

Cancellations

In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@swevenne.com within 12 hours of placement of your order. Once the order has been processed/dispatched, no cancellations and subsequent refunds shall be allowed.

Exchanges

No exchange shall be allowed once the order has been processed or dispatched. However, if you wish to change your order, you could reach out by emailing us at support@swevenne.com within 12 hours of your order placement. Once your order has been processed, no such changes shall be allowed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@swevenne.com. Please contact us before the initiation of any returns.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 11/2, Rupesh society, Near Yogeshwar apartments, Railway line road, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad-380051.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Case to case basis) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
