How can we help?

How is the product made?
We use a special heat press method to imprint any design on a smartphone case. This method is highly effective in transferring bright colours and complex variations of colour tones to a phone case. It allows the ink to permeate into the case in such a way that the ink never leaves the phone case, which in turn ensures you have long-lasting prints of your favourite designs.
How do I make sure I order the right model?

Click on the VIEW PRODUCT button of the phone case design you wish to buy. It shall bring you to the product page. Select the correct brand of your smartphone from the Brand drop-down menu. Thereafter, select the correct model of your smartphone from the Model drop-down menu. To reset the selection, tap the Clear button located below the Brand drop-down menu button. Once you have selected the correct brand and model of your smartphone, click on Add to Cart/Buy Now button. After that, Cart Page shall display the design name along with the brand name and model of your smartphone case you have selected. Click on Proceed to Checkout to order the selected smartphone case.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
You can contact us at support@swevenne.com within the first 12 hours of your order placement in case you wish to cancel/change your order. Please quote your order ID in the email. Once your order has been taken for processing, we would not be able to take any cancellation/change requests.
When will I receive my order?
You shall receive your order typically between 7-10 days of your order placement (Government restrictions may result in delays/longer response times due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic).
What should I do if my product is not the same as displayed on site?
Swevenne takes utmost care that all the orders are quality tested before packaging them for dispatch. In any case, you receive an order in which our product is broken, damaged or in an unusable condition, please take a photograph/video of the same and quoting your Order ID, contact us at support@swevenne.com. We would be happy to help you.
What are the payment options?
We offer payment options from Credit/Debit Card, Net Baking, Wallet and UPI through PayTm and Razorpay’s Payment Gateway. We are also accepting Paypal and Cash on Delivery on certain orders.
How do I track status of your order?
Once your order is shipped, we will share the shipment details along with the tracking code from our delivery partner by e-mail. you can track the location of your order from there.
